Introduction of modern information technologies in the automation and management of the educational process; implementation and maintenance of an automated information system.

Main functions of the department

- development and improvement of information systems for the educational process;

- participation in the development and implementation of educational informatization programs at the university;

- providing advisory assistance to the teaching staff and support staff on the development of new technical and software tools in the educational process;

- support of technical means of storage, cataloging and updating of information and educational resources;

- methodological assistance to departments, authors and developers in the development of electronic educational and methodological complexes of disciplines.
